February is a big month here at Mad Hatter.  There is a lot that I wanted to share with you guys and a lot going on all over the place.

Each month I will be sharing a blog that has a breakdown of our events for the month, this month’s challenge, this month’s book review, and this month’s product review.  Some of these will include affiliate links from me.  (I promise that I will only share products that I have tried personally and LOVED, the same as the products and services I bring into the clinic.) I’m also going to be a lot more open with our community outreach and ways that we are supporting local businesses and charitable organizations locally.  All of that can be found here, on the blog.

So to kick it off, the first week of February was Kids’ Mental Health Week and I compiled a list of resources on a Pinterest Board (check that out here: https://pin.it/6yMFpFo ) This is something I feel very strongly about and shared resources we are currently using in our own home to help deal with things like anxiety, self expression, mindset, and a ton of other stuff.  I will keep adding resources to this board throughout the year.  Save the ones you love and I would love to hear what worked for you!

We also did our Red Heart Challenge on the 5th, where we challenged you to tag us in your story with our hashtag wearing red to apply a credit to your accounts, and we had a lot of fun!

We have other events coming up that can be found on our Eventbrite page at: https://madhattermassageandwellness.eventbrite.com/ so head over and grab your tickets (most of the events are at no or low cost to you!) We have most of the events for the entire year of 2021 up right now.  They can also be found on our Facebook Page.

National Entrepreneurship Week is coming up the 16th through the 20th and I can’t wait to share some awesome resources with me Entrepreneur friends.

This month’s challenge is open to everyone and it is a 7 Day Self Love Challenge you can complete via EMail (SIGN UP HERE: https://madhattermassageandwellness.com/product/7dayselfchallenge/) and is free!  Be watching for a Challenges Section on our Website where you will be able to see all of the monthly challenges and be able to share them!

This month’s book review is First, We Make The Beast Beautiful (which will be the first book in our Book Club launch next month!  You can find it at this link: https://amzn.to/3rv0PC7)

Plus, Kindle is having a sale! (Check it out here: https://amzn.to/3cIhCxr  Or use https://amzn.to/3azGsNg to get two months free of Kindle Unlimited!

You can find the Review here: https://madhattermassageandwellness.com/2021/02/first-we-make-the-beast-beautiful-a-review/

And the product that I tried out this month is a Reflexology Mat.  (Find it here: https://amzn.to/2MwYpnS ) I have been really working with reflexology style trainings lately, especially the Thai Foot Massage training that I took last year.  It’s an overview of all of the reflexology points in the feet that isn’t painful.  To that end, I’ve been having some weird pain in the heels of my feet after a long day standing and moving around at work and thought I’d try a Reflexology Mat.  I’ve used it every day for about 3-5 minutes (I’m using it now!) and absolutely love it.  I can see a difference in how tired and achy my feet are at the end of the day and love building it into my routine.  It’s easy, portable, and affordable! This is a great way to promote self care in between your sessions, especially for runners and hikers.

That just about wraps up February, so as always thanks for being here this month and I can’t wait to hear from y’all! Drop your thoughts below or shoot us a message.
