One of the reasons that I started my business was so I could do more to give back to the community.
I, like many people I know, feel like there really just aren’t enough hours in the day so it can be challenging to give that precious commodity away for free.
So for National Volunteer Day, I wanted to show the main resources I use to find volunteer opportunities so you can find one should you choose.

The first resource is ihelpchattanooga.org
There is also Volunteer Match which you can find at https://www.volunteermatch.org/search?l=Chattanooga,%20TN,%20USA
Chattanooga’s local website also shares a PDF you can download with a list of places that accept volunteers at this link: http://www.chattanooga.gov/personnel-files/General_Pension_Plan/GPP_FORMS/Volunteer_Opportunities_Document.pdf
And Nooga Today shared a great article with some cool places to volunteer: https://noogatoday.6amcity.com/where-to-volunteer-in-chattanooga-tn/
And if you really can’t give your time this month, consider giving a donation to one of our local organizations or fulfilling something off their Amazon Wishlist.
Let us know where you’re volunteering in the comments!
