6 Week Bootcamp: Online


Our 6 week course will work with a local personal trainer, meeting three a week, with the days being decided on by participants.  Classes will vary from 25-35 minutes in length & a portion of the proceeds will go to charity.

We all start somewhere and if you’re looking for somewhere that will challenge you but also support you, you are in the right spot!

You will meet with our personal trainer three times a week with a small group and go through a variety of moves and workouts to get you in premium shape!
