Couch To 5K: In Person


Our 8 week course will work with a local personal trainer, meeting twice a week, with the days being decided on by participants.  Classes will vary from 45-60 minutes in length & a portion of the proceeds will go to charity.

For less than the price of lunch you can get fit in just 8 weeks!

Cardio may not be your strong suit but we all start from somewhere and if you’re looking to start, you are in the right spot!

You will meet with our personal trainer twice a week with a small group and go through a variety of moves and workouts to get you in premium 5k shape!

Classes will last 45-60 minutes and they will challenge you in new ways! A portion of the proceeds will go to a charity of your choosing.
